First Time Buyers Love Vero

More than half of the available units at Sonny Astani's Vero Development on Wilshire Boulevard were sold at the November opening to mostly first-time buyers from across Los Angeles County


LOS ANGELES, CA. - DEC. 4 - Sonny Astani, downtown Los Angeles' largest residential developer, released data today showing that 110 units, more than half of his just-completed Vero condominium project at 1234 Wilshire Boulevard, were sold to pre-qualified buyers at an opening sales event last month.

Mostly first-time buyers from across Los Angeles County lined up hours before the 9 a.m. opening on November 11. They picked out their units on a first-come, first-serve basis and then were guided through the process for completing their contracts.


Buyers were attracted to the unique value presented by the project - energetic, stylish design, inviting amenities, attractive price, and location in a burgeoning neighborhood. One-bedroom units are priced from $295,000 to $395,000 and 2 bedroom units from $475,000 to $535,000. Also available are 1 bedroom + den units, 3 bedroom units and penthouses.



Vero's 197 units embody the beauty of harmony and contrast that exemplify Astani Living. Units feature 9-foot to 12-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, European-style cabinetry, sliding glass barn doors and CaesarStone counter tops.
